Mindfulness and relaxation
Focused breathing lowers stress in the body because when you remind yourself to breath deeply, messages to calm down and relax are sent to your brain.
Based on regular visits at the office, we offer Mindfulness courses to our corporate clients from where they can learn practicing progressive techniques that aim to induce relaxation and serve as guidance for ultimately practicing mindful meditation. However, we also offer mindful meditation sessions only that include breathing exercise techniques.
We have witnessed that using breathing techniques to complement Auricular Acupuncture allows the patient to go deeper into relaxation and detoxification. Breathing techniques are now essential to our Ear Acupuncture sessions.
